Fed: Downer declares Aust won't bow to terrorist threats
CANBERRA, Feb 24 AAP - Foreign Minister Alexander Downer declared Australia would notbow to terrorist threats before flying to Seoul today for top-level meetings.
Mr Downer will discuss with US Secretary of State Colin Powell a new United Nationsresolution on Iraq and ways to mobilise world support.
